My wife & I have quite extraordinary insurance coverage, yet, we wouldn’t use a good portion of what was covered, (massage, therapist visit, etc…) and to quote our trainer “insurance companies love you guys… you pay premiums but don’t use any of the services”.
Well that changed in 2024; we’ve taken the steps to take care of both our bodies & minds!
